1. How much is the delivery?

We offer FREE ground shipping and FREE return on all domestic orders over 99$ :
Orders under $99 will be charged a shipping fee to addresses within North America.
2. Do you do international shipping?
For international orders, please contact us at email@example.com for a shipping quote. International shipping charges will be applied to orders before orders are processed.
3. How long should I wait for my order?
Orders are typically received within 2 to 7 business days.
Orders placed on the Foxtrot website Monday through Thursday will typically ship within one to two business days. Orders received Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday and will typically ship within one to two business days excluding major and national holidays.
4. Can I track my order?
You can track your shipment by using the tracking number link found in your shipment confirmation email from foxtrotfamily.com or UPS.
5. Can I return my product if I am not satisfied?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of your order for a FULL REFUND – NO QUESTIONS ASKED. The only thing we do ask is that the item(s) you return are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in the original packaging. However, Foxtrot does not accept any returns, exchanges, refunds or price adjustments on items marked as “Final Sale”.
6. Can I exchange items?
Simply return your item for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase and enter a new order for your new item online. Again, same deal – the item(s) should be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in the original packaging. AND for your convenience we’ve included a pre-paid UPS label in your original shipment. Just seal the box then slap the label on and send it our way!
